Founder and Partner
Matthaeus Unger
​
Matthaeus combines more than 25 years of engineering, manufacturing, and entrepreneurial experience. With an extensive 12-year tenure in Silicon Valley, he founded his own consulting firm, specializing in product development. Emphasizing a vertically integrated approach, his firm is now an integral part of his Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) operations, focusing exclusively on developing products that will be produced in-house. He collaborated with esteemed clients such as Foxconn, Flextronics, Garaventa , Avid, and Softbank, and has co-realized several projects with Steve Wozniak (FUSION-IO), further showcasing his commitment to innovation and end-to-end product realization. Matthaeus has received numerous awards for product development and innovation.

Georg Chavanne
Georg Chavanne, co-founder and managing partner of HUNGEMA, brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in software development and technology innovation. A true master in database systems, firmware, PCB design, and control electronics, Georg is the driving force behind HUNGEMA’s operations. His leadership and deep technical expertise ensure that the company remains at the forefront of engineering and manufacturing excellence, continually delivering cutting-edge solutions and fostering long-term success for its clients.

Andreas has 30 years of industry experience. He is an Entrepreneur and Business Consultant, serves among others as a Senior Advisor to the Board at Garaventa Lift. Andreas has held several leadership roles, including CEO and Chairman of the Board at Garaventa Lift Group, Savaria Switzerland AG, Liftech AG, and Rigert AG. He also served as President of the Board at Garaventa USA and Garaventa Canada. Andreas was member of the Board and CEO at Kone AG and Managing Director of Alfa Laval Mid-Europe, as well as Regional Manager for Alfa Laval in Asia. Andreas's expertise in strategy development, international business, and mergers and acquisitions has been instrumental in the success of various organizations.
